SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Depending on distance of your order, we will ship your products asap via courier. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. 
  • Shipping Policy: We offer delivery on the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and European Union countries orders. Delivery is available in multiple locations, but limited to regular addresses. For instance, we offer delivery on U.S. orders to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, nor Guam.
  • Shipping Costs: The standard shipping will be free if you purchase over $99.99. Expedited shipping cost is $19.99.
  • Shipping Time: Process in-stock orders usually within 1-3 business days since you placed it. Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to deliver the package. Expedited shipping will take 3-5 business days in general.
  • Shipping Status: You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel. Please track your order in time once it has been dispatched. 
  • Check Order Information: Please make sure that your order and shipping information is correct. If you want to change any information about your order, please contact us asap before shipping.
  • Taxes: Whether to charge taxes depends on the delivery area. If taxes are required, the customer will need to pay.
  • Lost Package: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when it has been delivered to the order address. You could contact with express company to know the parcel and resolve your issue.
