RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. If there is an issue with your order, contact our customer service teams at bolantefurniture@163.com. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.
No Hassle Returns
- 30- day Return: You may return an item for valid reason within 30 days after receiving the package. Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. And products should be returned in their original packaging.
- Money-back Guarantee: Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow about 3-5 business days for the refund request to be completed. The refund will be returned to the original payment account.
- Free Return Shipping: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we could provide a full refund or an exact replacement and the shipping is free. Please contact us at bolantefurniture@163.com before returning the item.
- Return Shipping Cost: Depending on your reason for returning an item, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer due to personal preference or change of mind. Besides, you need pay for restocking charge equal to 10% of the total products price.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation - Unshipped: You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.
- Cancellation - Shipped: You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, however please be aware that the costs of both restocking fee and return shipping cost will be reduced from your refund amount. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.
- Cancellation - Custom Orders: Once a custom order has entered production and moved to ‘In Production’ status all costs of production have been incurred and therefore a cancellation is no longer possible and balance paid cannot be refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Free Exchange: If you need to exchange your order, please contact us at younikefurniture@gmail.com before shipping. We could help you to correct the order.
- Exchange Fee: Exchanges for shipped order may require applicable return fees, see our Return Policy above for details.
- Exchange Principle: It must be of equal value or similar product type as the original. You are responsible for paying the price difference if the item you reselect is more expensive.
